EDC Thailand was appointed as the primary materials supplier for The Aspen – a landmark 32-storey luxury residential tower located in the heart of Sukhumvit. The project demanded the highest quality materials that would align with the developer's premium brand positioning.
Our team worked closely with the project architect and M&E consultants from the specification stage, providing material samples, technical data sheets, and BIM object files to support the design process.
